RootToReceptor is a transdisciplinary platform that bridges the gap between science and spirituality through the study of biofield science, consciousness-based practices and traditional integrative medicine approaches to human well-being.
Our work explores how ancestral experiences and emotional states, along with integrative and traditional healing practices such as Reiki, Yoga, Ayurveda, Nutrition and other mind-body and energy-based modalities, influence the molecular, epigenetic and physiological mechanisms that shape the resilience and overall well-being of the human system.
We view human health as a multidimensional state encompassing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being.
By integrating insights from quantum biology, biofield science, vibrational, consciousness-based healing practices and integrative medicine, RootToReceptor seeks to build a unified scientific understanding of how coherence and consciousness contribute to healing – from the root cause to the receptor level, where cellular and molecular signaling translate these shifts into physiological change.
RootToReceptor explores how diverse healing modalities — from energy-based therapies to mind–body practices, Ayurvedic approaches, and vibrational techniques — influence consciousness, embodied experience, molecular pathways, and physiological outcomes. Our aim is to understand how these practices shift coherence across the system and how those shifts translate into measurable biological change.

Exploring modalities such as Reiki, Healing Touch, and energy-based therapeutic practices that work with the human biofield to support balance and systemic coherence.

Investigating mind–body practices including yoga, pranayama, meditation, and breathwork that cultivate awareness, regulation, and embodied well-being.

Studying Ayurvedic principles, herbal medicine, plant-based nutrition, and lifestyle practices that restore balance through metabolic, digestive, and immune pathways.

Examining sound-based practices such as mantra, tuning forks, singing bowls, and rhythmic frequency techniques that engage resonance, entrainment, and subtle energetic alignment.
Dr. Suchita Pande holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA with a research focus in Molecular and Structural Biology and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Molecular Cardiology and Cardiovascular Research at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, USA.
Her curiosity about how the body heals deepened through her own experience of recovery and renewed self-awareness of connection to self. Her personal experience with Reiki, yoga and sound-based practices brought a sense of inner coherence and inspired her to explore how such modalities restore balance within the human system.
